Our town centre campus is situated just a few minutes walk from the town and has undergone extensive refurbishments to provide high quality facilities for our students studying work-related courses.

Developments at the Knightstone Campus include:

Fitness Suite

An industry standard fitness suite and gym which houses a range of cardiovascular equipment. This is complemented by strength stations and a free weights area. Our other sports facilities include:

• Well-equipped sports hall, which is used for indoor football, basketball, volleyball and badminton

• Access to sports fields and tennis courts

• A climbing wall

There is also an extensive sports and activities programme, which is open to all our students Monday to Friday during term time.

The Grove Restaurant

Catering and hospitality students are now able to practise their skills in our world-class training kitchens and restaurant. Weston College has been designated a Centre of Vocational Excellence (CoVE) for Hospitality Services. The Grove offers excellent value and high quality food, prepared and served by the College’s own hospitality students.

Science Laboratory

A brand new science laboratory was opened in September 2008. This is to cater for the increased numbers of students choosing to study science related subjects at the College.

Industry Standard Hair Salon

An industry standard hair salon was opened in September 2008 to cater for the increasing number of students studying hairdressing courses. Our two existing hair salons are also being refurbished.

Higher Education Centre

As a result of the growing number of students choosing to study degree level courses at the College, a new bespoke Higher Education Centre to include classrooms, computing facilities and a social area was opened in September 2008.
