Inspired learning environment

This campus accommodates more than 800 students and is the home for Art, Media and Design, Music, Weston College Sixth Form and Bath Spa University degree courses. It provides a landmark building for Weston-super-Mare and ensures Weston College continues to offer students the best facilities and resources in North Somerset.

Art and Design

Our specialist Art and Design studios are bathed in natural light and provide each student with their own individual work station and display area. Here they can immerse themselves in the creative process and be inspired by the work of others.

Ceramics Workshop

The ceramics workshop provides a light and airy environment in which students can work freely and creatively. They are taught to work in a variety of different ways which meet the standards found in a professional Ceramics Studio.

3D Workshop

The 3D workshop is light, spacious and well equipped, and overlooks the sculpture in the courtyard. Students work with a variety of materials including wood, metal and plastics which can be used in a versatile and flexible manner. The outdoor courtyard allows large scale pieces of work to be created.

The Jill Dando Centre

The Jill Dando Centre is the home of Weston College Sixth Form. At the Centre, A Level students are taught in modern, glazed classrooms and use dedicated science laboratories, seminar rooms and computers suites. All classrooms are equipped with interactive white boards.
