Business Administration Apprenticeship

You will be working for Weston Hospital providing efficient and effective administrative and clerical services to a busy internal department whilst undertaking an NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration.

Vacancy Details
You will be working in a busy admin department, providing support to members of staff including data input, post duties, arranging meetings, meeting and greeting visitors via reception and making sure that all outgoing material reflects high, professional standards adhered to by the trust.

Qualifications Required
A good standard of education to GSCE level or equivalent.
ECDL would be desirable.

Skills and personal qualities required
• Ability to work well under pressure and prioritise ones workload
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Attention to detail
• Personal motivation to work towards achieving an NVQ Level 2 Apprenticeship

Saxon’s Estate Agents has offices in Weston-super-Mare, Cheddar and Bridgwater. They are currently looking for a Business Administration Apprentice for their Weston-super-Mare office. All training for the Business Administration Apprenticeship will be done in the workplace - there is no need to attend college. You will be assisting with the smooth running of the business, providing a high quality administrative service.

Qualifications Required
A good standard of education is needed for all these roles, preferably educated to at least GCSE level.
