What funding is available to subsidise the costs of training?
Through our Train to Gain government contract, The Business Enterprise Centre can offer large subsidies for over 60 work-based programmes for eligible staff. Funding is generally reserved for staff, who have fewer qualifications or who do not hold relevant qualifications for their jobs. In many cases, the full costs of training may be subsidised, subject to eligibility. The following training programmes are popular for attracting funding:
- Apprenticeships (level 2)
- Advanced Apprenticeships (level 3)
- English or Maths top-up courses
- National Vocational Qualifications (NVQ) level 2
- National Vocational Qualifications (NVQ) level 3
Funding rules for training are fairly complex - please contact us and invite us to advise you on how much funding is available to finance your training.
