Employers and Employees - Welcome

The Business Enterprise Centre is the business facing department of Weston College, which provides organisations; their employees, or their volunteers, with flexible, work-based training programmes and qualifications.

The Business Enterprise Centre is based in Worle, on the outskirts of Weston-super-Mare in North Somerset. We specialise in providing training which is delivered in the workplace, to many different types of organisations in the South-West of England. We work with more than 1000 organisations, supporting them to achieve significant improvements in overall performance, by developing the skills and performance of their staff.

We pride ourselves on establishing close links and effective partnerships with employers and their staff, as evidenced by OFSTED Inspectors who reported “the college’s response to the needs and interests of learners and employers is outstanding”.
