How to Apply

 

Full-time courses – UCAS applications

1. Complete a UCAS online application form according to UCAS procedures and submit it electronically (www.ucas.com). The UCAS
website provides detailed information about making your application, so if you need any further details, visit their site.

2. Weston College will receive your application through UCAS and may invite you to a course interview or audition with a course tutor.

3. Weston College will notify UCAS of their decision regarding your application within 14 days of your interview.

4. UCAS will notify you of our decision and forward you the appropriate paperwork.

Remember to apply for your funding at www.direct.gov.uk/studentfinance.

Part-time courses and internal applicants

Direct application to the partner university via Weston College.

1. Complete and return a direct entry application form. Please contact our Higher Education Unit on 01934 411 780 for the appropriate form.

2. Weston College will acknowledge receipt of this application and may invite you in for a course guidance interview with a course tutor.

3. If you are successful you will be made an offer of a place prior to commencing your chosen course in September.

Remember to complete a funding form PTG1 for parttime courses (available from Student Finance England).

Many of you will be invited to attend an interview or orientation day prior to starting your course which will give you the chance to see the College, meet the staff and have a taste of the course.

Taster days

Taster Days are an opportunity for you to try out a course to see if it interests you. We run course specific taster days in all our subject areas, they happen in June each year.
