Our air-conditioned Fitness Suite provides you
with a range of top of the range, industry standard
cardiovascular equipment and strength stations.

The College has a gym on the 7th floor of the Knightstone Campus which can be used by staff and students on payment of a nominal annual membership fee and successful completion of a gym induction.   

To join the gym:

• 1. Check out the gym induction timetable (also on the door of the gym)
• 2. Book an appointment with a personal trainer to carry out a gym induction and draw up your own personal programme
• 3. On the day of the appointment, arrive in suitable clothes and bring £68 with you to cover the cost of your annual membership
