Weston College offers generous holiday allowances to all staff groups. Academic and Support Staff are entitled to a minimum of 30 days' annual leave, plus Statutory Bank Holidays.

Fractional staff are entitled to holiday on a pro-rata basis.

"Efficiency days" are days where the whole College is closed. You will be expected to take holiday to cover these days from your annual allocation, and will be informed when they are well in advance. They usually fall around a major public holiday period such as Christmas.

When calculating your holiday, please remember if you have carried over holiday from the previous academic year (maximum 5 days) or started working for the College mid-way through an academic year, your holiday entitlement may be different.
