Travel
Parking at all Weston College sites is at a premium, both in terms of numbers of spaces and cost. To help alleviate this, Weston College will contribute towards “green travel” (buses, season tickets etc) or towards the cost of car parking.
The College will also make a one-off contribution towards the cost of a bicycle and/or cycling accessories.

The health and well being of our staff are very important, so as well as an excellent Occupational Health referral system we offer you the following to help you keep in tip-top condition.

We recognise that people experience periods of stress on occasions through out their lives. We offer a completely free and confidential short-term counselling and support service to help solve problem areas such as stress at work, personal relationship difficulties, financial difficulties and bereavement.
Eye tests
If working with a computer is part of your job we will pay for eye examinations and contribute towards the cost of corrective lenses, if it is deemed necessary for working with display screens.
College gym
The College has a gym on the 7th floor of the Knightstone Campus which can be used by staff and students on payment of a nominal annual membership fee and successful completion of a gym induction.

The College is justifiably proud of its Essential Image training salons.
Discounts are available to staff across the College on a wide range of hair and beauty treatments including cuts & colours, massage and manicures. The treatments will be carried out by students under the close supervision of the highly qualified hair and beauty lecturers.
