HEAD OF STUDENT SERVICES (PROGRESSION & PASTORAL SERVICES)

£38,385 per annum

To develop, maintain and provide a comprehensive and high quality client focused Progression and Pastoral Service with a focus on maximising student applications, conversions, retention, success and progression rates. Must have a proven track record within an educational environment of Student Services, Progression or Pastoral Services. This is a highly business-orientated and targeted role so the right candidate must be used to working to KPI’S in a business orientated environment. A degree or equivalent level of qualification is essential.
