Josh - NVQ Professional Cookery
Josh came to Weston College in 2007 to do the NVQ 2 Diploma in Professional Cookery and on successful completion he progressed to the Level 3.

On completion of his NVQ Level 3 Josh moved to Tuscany for a year to learn Italian cuisine and has now returned home to land a job with Casa Mia in Bristol. He is hoping to help Casa Mia achieve their second Michelin star.
