Become a Digital Learner
As a Microsoft Showcase College, we want to make it as easy as possible for you to complete your classes and projects in an online setting.
Microsoft Teams and Office 365 are used globally to work together, learn together and stay connected. Working from anywhere on shared goals, projects and problems are important skills for the future workplace.
Accessing Teams is just as easy at home, as it is in college, and there are lots of great features to make learning from home easy.
If you aren’t sure how to access your college account, watch the video below.
Once you are on Teams, you can make use of tools such as:
- Calendar – you can use this to join meetings, or to set one up. This is also a way of lessons taking place.
- Assignments - you can see any assignments that have been set, submit your work and receive feedback.
- ‘Start a conversation’ – you can chat with your tutors and classmates, as well as send files.
- Document Library – you can access important documents for your course, such as; lesson PowerPoints, assignment briefs and further reading.
Here are a few other useful videos, for Microsoft Teams.
You can find a Teams Guide for Learners on the Student Zone, on SharePoint.
