Insights from Industry provides you with the opportunity to hear from industry experts, as they share their story on how they built their business, deal with challenges, and their take on hot industry topics.

Our first event is with Principal and Chief Executive of the Weston College Group, Dr Paul Phillips CBE.

Fresh from winning the Lifetime Achievement Award in the Pearson National Teaching Awards, Dr Phillips will share stories on how he transformed Weston College into one of finest colleges in the country.

Weston College is now the 9th biggest college in the country, and holds Ofsted outstanding status, under the guidance of Dr Paul Phillips CBE.

His leadership and management style has often been praised, and he is recognised as a leader in the field of mental health and SEND.

We will also be joined by the Gloucestershire Apprentice of the Year and Weston College apprentice, Dan Green, who will ask questions to the Principal, in this unique opportunity to gain insight.
