Michelle Boland

Michelle joined the College in 2008 after successfully running her own business for over 12 years. With an engineering background, she has a strong interest in STEM and was also one of the first female engineers to work commercially with robotics and computerised manufacturing equipment. Her work included training schools and colleges in their use when first introduced - both in the UK and overseas.

Michelle has a strong track record in working closely with curriculum leads, employers, and partners, to ensure that innovation is delivered for an aspirational learner experience, and that value for money is achieved.
