WESTON COLLEGE VOLUNTEERING AWARD

The Weston College Volunteering Award recognises the commitment and dedication that Weston College learners show by volunteering during their time at College. The award is structured into 3 tiers which correspond to the amount of hours spent volunteering within each academic year;

Bronze - 10 hours
Silver - 30 hours
Gold - 50 hours

All awardees will receive a Weston College Accredited Certificate for their contribution to volunteering. These certificates are a great way to show and evidence your experiences volunteering, in addition to helping boost your CV, personal statements and employability. Gold and Silver awardees will receive further rewards listed below:

Silver - Choice of Cinema tickets, Bowling tickets or Pier rides
Gold - Choice of Experience voucher
Volunteer of the Year - Awarded at Celebration of Success

Throughout the academic year, please log each of your volunteering sessions on this online portal. Volunteering hours are logged per academic year, at the end of the academic year you will receive notification confirming the level you reached alongside your rewards.

All volunteering hours for the 18/19 academic year must be completed and logged by Friday 24th May 2019. Hours will counted and certificates awarded after this date.
