  • On court duties with head coaches, supporting coaching sessions
  • Support general manager in organising events
  • Keeping the courts clean and ready to play
  • Assisting players with racquets, balls, turning lights on and off, checking bookings
  • Communicating with visitors and guide them through our programme
  • Being involved with local community events

PADEL4ALL LIMITED

Padel4all is a sports facility providing the practice of Padel, a recent sport in the UK but well established across Europe. Considered the fastest growing sport in the world, reaching to all levels of ability, age and gender.

Community Activator Coach Level 2 Apprenticeship Standard:

  • Functional Skills in maths and English if not previously achieved at GCSE or similar
  • Day release at Weston College
  • In-house training
  • End Point Assessment preparation

Your working hours will be split across 4 days of the week (with 1 college day), you will support the coach on Tuesday & Wednesday and also support on weekends with events and tournaments. Starting and finishing times to be discussed at interview.
