Enterprise Skills – How to be more entrepreneurial in the workplace, Award (FLF)
This flexible online course (with elements of classroom delivery) is designed to teach you the fundamentals of what it takes to be an entrepreneur or an enterprising employee.
As part of the course you will understand the key attributes needed and have an opportunity to map your own skills and qualities against them.
Within the course, you will identify and develop an enterprising idea or opportunity from concept to proposal. Undertaking research, exploring costings, acknowledging and using feedback, identifying SMART targets and developing proposal communication skills when presenting your idea.
There is no formal exam. Instead, you will need to demonstrate achievement of all learning outcomes within each module by submitting and passing all assessed activities within the course. On successful completion, you will be awarded the NCFE Level 2 Award in Enterprise Skills.
All students will have access to the College’s online portal. Once logged in you will be able to access your course materials, lessons and resources at any time.
The course will commence with a face to face induction and platform navigation tuition.
