Marketing, BTEC Extended Diploma
You will explore the dynamic world of marketing. This qualification is equivalent to 3 A Levels and allows you to specialise for a range of career within marketing.
The qualification also includes units from the Chartered Institute Marketing (CIM) Level 3 Foundation Certificate in Professional Digital Marketing, thereby extending your employment opportunities and providing an opportunity for further study.
You will study a range of topics including;
- Digital marketing
- Event marketing
- Brand activation
- Social media influencers
- Market research for a new business
- Marketing principles
- Customer communications.
Assessment
You will be assessed through 13 assessments over two years which included one examination.
What will this lead to?
This course will enable you to progress to employment within the sector or you could progress to an apprenticeship or Higher Education.
Entry Requirements
Five GCSE’s grade 9-4 including Maths and/or English at grade 4.
