Level 3
Criminology, Diploma
Criminology is a qualification which includes elements of psychology, law and sociology.
The programme leads to the development of knowledge and understanding of the criminal justice system, awareness of the cause and effects of different types of crime. You will also examine theories that explain the behaviours and reasons why people commit crime.
How will I be assessed?

What can I do after this course?
The programme will enable you to develop a range of transferrable skills including independent research skills, problem solving, presentation skills and the ability to work collaboratively. It will support access to higher education degree courses in the social sciences such as Criminology, Sociology, Psychology and Law.
