Human Resources (HR) Practice, CIPD Certificate
This nationally recognised professional qualification is suitable for existing human resource practitioners and people wanting to move into a career in human resources.
It is also valuable for line managers, supervisors and team leaders who would like a recognised qualification to support and enhance their HR/personnel responsibilities.
You will acquire a wide range of relevant practical HR skills in HR, which will enable you to operate more effectively in your role.
You will study six units:
- Developing yourself as an effective HR practitioner
- Recording analysing and using HR data
- Resourcing talent
- Delivering learning and development activities
- Managing employment relations
- Understanding organisations and the role of HR.
You will be assessed through coursework only.
Are there any additional course costs?
As this is a professional qualification you will be required to join the CIPD as a professional member. This can be done on the CIPD website at the start of the course and you can spread the cost of membership over monthly payments.
There are no formal entry requirements for this programme, making it ideal not only for those who are just setting out in a career, but also for those who have many years’ experience without a formal qualification to reflect and support this experience.
