Level 2
Junior Estate Agent, Apprenticeship
This apprenticeship will equip you with all the skills you’ll need to become a successful estate agent, including compelling selling strategies, as well as administration knowledge. Estate agency will always be an important role in society to assist people in finding their dream homes, so learning on the job will allow you to learn the complexities alongside professionals, while earning a wage.
Studying this course means that you will also be part of our Business Career Excellence Hub, which is endorsed by leading employers, who are actively involved throughout your whole training programme.
What does the course involve?
This is a customer-facing role with responsibility for providing the administrative support needed to secure successful property sales. You may work in different areas of estate agency - for example, sales, auctioneering and commercial property. In all cases, you will be required to understand and comply with contractual, statutory and legal restrictions, and client confidentiality. You will be working under supervision within the wider organisation.
You will be able to acquire the fundamental skills for the commercial and residential property sales industry. This in turn will give you the capability for further career progression on completion of the apprenticeship.
How will the course be assessed?
You will undertake an independent end assessment, which will test your skills, knowledge and behaviours required for this role.
What future study opportunities and careers are there? The majority of our apprentices are kept on by their employer at the end of the programme. Apprentices who successfully complete this apprenticeship may be eligible to apply for the NAEA Propertymark, or progress to Housing and Property Management Level 3.
