The ILM Level 4 Certificate in Leadership and Management is designed for new and aspiring middle managers. You will learn about the role and responsibilities of management , gain business knowledge and develop the technical skills needed to lead people effectively.

The topics that you will study could include;

  • Developing Your Leadership Style
  • Managing Change
  • Motivating and Developing others.

You will be assessed via coursework. There are no examinations.
