Do you want to upskill, or work in the customer service industry? Weston College have partnered with IKEA to deliver this amazing course, which could lead you to roles within IKEA Bristol
In this 2-week course you will learner Customer Service and Employability Skills –this will give you the basic knowledge and skills needed to help you apply for a customer service role with IKEA.
What will I study?
This 2-week course will enable you to communicate effectively, record and communicate customer problems, contribute to effective customer service, and understand legislation affecting the customer service sector.
At the end of the course you’ll be able to:
- Apply legislation, regulation and organisational procedures for customer service
- Record and communicate customer problems
- Positive communication with customers
- Build effective relationships with customers and colleagues
- Answer telephone calls from customers.
- Write an effective cover letter and CV
- Prepare and execute an interview
During the course you will also spend a day visiting the IKEA store where you will be given an exclusive tour, a real insight of how the store is operated behind the scenes and even a visit to the canteen where you will be treated to some famous IKEA meatballs.
All learners that successfully complete this course will have a guaranteed interview at IKEA and could be offered one of the many jobs they have available.
