Personal Wellbeing, Certificate
This course will support you to develop your personal wellbeing skills, particularly relevant in the current climate:
The units covered include:
- Understanding stress
- Developing confidence and self-esteem
- Understanding feelings and emotions
- Recognising and dealing with bullying
- Understanding risk
This course is delivered via a flexible platform to allow you to access at anytime of day or night, you will be required to complete 6 hours per week of study in order to meet the deadlines set out in the course handbook. Tutor support is available when required but the course is self directed.
