Understanding Working with People with Mental Health Needs, Certificate

The Understanding and Working with People with Mental Health Needs, Level 2 course is designed to provide learners with an introduction to mental health and an understanding of the different mental health needs individuals may experience. Entry Requirements

To make good progress on this course learners must have a functioning literacy level at Level 1 and above (functional skills English at Level 1 and above or a GCSE English Language at grade 3/D or above). It is helpful if learners have had some previous successful experience of learning at Level 2 or above. A basic understanding of the subject matter and some prior knowledge or experience in the field would be beneficial.
