Customer Service in a Health & Social Care Setting, Certificate (FLF)
This flexible online course is designed for those who want to understand more about how to deliver effective customer service in health and social care settings.
You will look at the needs of both internal and external customers including people who use services, their supporters, visitors, health professionals and providers of other services. You will also review the importance of effective communication and team work.
Being a “knowledge only” qualification, you are able to study this course online to fit around home and work commitments but with the support of a qualified online tutor. Once logged in you will be able to access your course materials, lessons, resources and assignments at any time.
To gain the certificate, you will need to successfully complete 4 modules:
- Preparing to deliver customer service
- Effective communication
- Specific customer needs
- Team work
There is no formal exam. Instead, you will need to demonstrate achievement of all learning outcomes within each module by submitting and passing all assessed activities within the course.
On successful completion, you will be awarded the CACHE Level 2 Certificate in Customer Service for Health and Social Care Settings. CACHE qualifications are part of a national government framework and you can be confident that they will be recognised and valued nationally.
The course will commence with a face to face induction and platform navigation tuition.
