Workforce for the Future

Workforce for the Future is a free service that will help small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to identify and address their skills needs, by upskilling and retraining employees, in areas such as digital, or support them to source and bring in new staff, including apprentices or work placements to drive their business forwards.

We are offering a full catalogue of support; whether you want to access: bespoke training, apprenticeships, work placements, traineeships or student projects; our team can help you.

By registering interest with Weston College you will not only benefit from our support, but also have an opportunity to access free support from a range of West of England project partners including the WECA (West of England Combined Authority) Growth Hub.

For further information regarding the Workforce for the Future project, visit the Growth Hub website here.

If you are based in the West of England (Bath & North East Somerset, Bristol, South Gloucestershire and North Somerset) and have fewer than 250 employees, contact us to discuss the ambitions of your business and access this free regional programme.
