Beginning her journey on the T Level Health course, Isabella faced significant barriers to learning and lacked confidence. Despite these challenges, she exhibited unwavering positivity and motivation and maintained high aspirations throughout her qualification.
Isabella's journey is marked by remarkable progress and determination. Overcoming setbacks, she demonstrated exceptional dedication to her studies, elevating her grade from a U to a B in under five months, and securing a coveted place at university. Her commitment to excellence extended beyond academic achievements, as she actively supported her peers and fostered a culture of positivity within the team.
During her placement with Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire NHS, Isabella excelled in supporting patients with complex needs, earning outstanding feedback for her exemplary work. She also dedicated herself to community outreach, empowering vulnerable individuals to enhance their quality of life. Isabella's contributions set a new standard for T Level learners, leaving a lasting impression on both the College’s Health team and employers alike.
