Counselling Skills, Diploma
This course is designed for people aged over 19 years who have previously studied a level 2 counselling qualification and want to develop their skills and progress in their counselling career.
The Level 3 Counselling Diploma is also valuable to learners who want to develop their counselling skills to help them in roles such as support work, health and social care, or learning and development.
You will learn a variety of communication skills which could benefit you in any profession or level, from an entry level position right up to management. By gaining a recognised and respected qualification, you will greatly enhance your employability whilst learning a range of theory and practical skills which will help you communicate effectively within the helping industry's.
You will benefit from being taught, and supported, by our highly trained staff, who have years of experience within the sector. They will encourage you to develop self-awareness skills to enable you to support others through a person-centred approach.
You will develop effective active listening skills to support people with the pressures they may experience, through a diverse range of techniques, methodologies and strategies.

Entry Requirements
To start this course, you must have to have a full level 2 certificate in counselling prior to start. Applicants must also be substance free for 9 months.
