Important details
Booking your ticket
Only the prospective learner needs to book a ticket. Parents, carers, family members and friends do not need to book their own tickets.
When booking, you’ll select your preferred arrival time and then you choose all the campuses you’d like to visit during the Open Evening. You can select as many campuses as you’d like within the same booking.
Your ticket is linked to your chosen arrival time slot, so you only need to make one booking per prospective learner.
You can also let us know how many guests you’re bringing when completing the booking form.
Timings
The Open Evening runs from 5:30pm to 7:30pm, with arrival slots available at 5:30pm, 6:00pm, 6:30pm and 7:00pm.
Once you’ve arrived at your first campus, you’re free to visit the other campuses you selected throughout the evening.
The Open Evening is typically busiest between 5:30pm and 6:30pm. If you’d prefer to explore our campuses in a quieter environment, we recommend choosing a 6:30pm or 7:00pm arrival slot.

When booking your ticket, you’ll be able to select all the campuses you’d like to visit during the Open Evening.

Parking information
- Loxton, South West Skills Campus and Animal Management Centre: Onsite parking is available, but spaces are limited. If parking on nearby roads, please park responsibly.
- Knightstone Campus: There is no onsite parking, but several public car parks are within a short walking distance.
- Public Transport: First Bus offers direct services to our campuses. Find out more on their website.
