Hayden demonstrated exceptional dedication, completing over 150 hours of work experience at The Maple in Cleeve while refining his skills and building strong relationships.He excelled in coursework and practical training, catering at major festivals like Download and assisting with college events. Now a Chef de Partie, he mentors new students and continues to embrace growth opportunities in the industry.
