Harry has demonstrated exceptional progression throughout his learning journey. Beginning on the Extension Studies programme, he developed the foundational skills required for employment before successfully securing a work experience placement with Bakers Dolphin. This placement evolved into a supported internship, where Harry consistently displayed strong commitment, reliability, and professionalism.

Through his growing confidence and independence, Harry achieved his driving licence, enabling him to take on increased responsibility, including transporting passengers on local and national routes. He has since transitioned into sustained paid employment with Bakers Dolphin and is now working towards his PCV licence.
