I was already working in the industry when I decided to embark on this apprenticeship to further my career. One of the highlights of my apprenticeship has been the hands-on electrical work, both at my job and in college. I particularly enjoy fault-finding and fixing electrical and mechanical problems, which adds an exciting challenge to my daily routine. The facilities at Weston College have significantly aided my learning.

The well-equipped workshops provided the practical experience I needed, as I find hands-on learning much more effective than classroom-based lessons.I would highly recommend this apprenticeship to anyone interested in the field. It's a fantastic opportunity to learn while you earn and work across various teams, gaining a broad understanding of the industry.
