Junior Estate Agent, Apprenticeship
This is a customer-facing role with responsibility for providing the administrative support needed to secure successful property sales. You may work in different areas of estate agency - for example, sales, auctioneering and commercial property. In all cases, you will be required to understand and comply with contractual, statutory and legal restrictions, and client confidentiality. You will be working under supervision within the wider organisation.
You will be able to acquire the fundamental skills for the commercial and residential property sales industry. This in turn will give you the capability for further career progression on completion of the apprenticeship.
How will I be assessed?
You will undertake an independent end assessment, which will test your skills, knowledge and behaviours required for this role.
What could I do after this course?
The majority of our apprentices are kept on by their employer at the end of the programme. Apprentices who successfully complete this apprenticeship may be eligible to apply for the NAEA Propertymark, or progress to Housing and Property Management Level 3.
There are no other formal qualifications required to start this apprenticeship, but you will be assessed to ensure you have the ability to complete the English and maths qualification to at least Level 1. You will also need to be in relevant employment, but we can help you find this.
