Course Overview
This apprenticeship gives you a practical introduction to the legal profession. You’ll learn how to carry out legal research, draft documents, support casework, manage files, and communicate professionally with clients, courts, and other parties involved in legal proceedings.
Your training blends workplace experience with expert-led online and in-person sessions. You will develop a strong understanding of legal principles, ethics, compliance, and the daily responsibilities of a paralegal within areas such as litigation, conveyancing, family law, wills and probate, or commercial practice.

Entry requirements
- You must be employed in a paralegal or legal support role
- GCSE English and maths are required (or can be achieved during the apprenticeship)
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a professional attitude
