You'll gain valuable insight into departments such as the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) and discover the variety of roles available, from customer service and administration to operational delivery and specialist careers.

A key part of the programme focuses on preparing you for Civil Service recruitment. You'll receive guidance through every stage of the application process, including:
- Completing Civil Service application forms
- Understanding the three-stage recruitment process
- Practising online assessments
- Interview preparation
- Using the STAR technique to answer behaviour-based interview questions with confidence

Entry Requirements
Applicants should have a good standard of written and spoken English, equivalent to Level 1 or above.
As this is an online course, you will also need:

- A webcam, which must remain switched on during sessions
