Surveys/employer voice

Employer voice and the gathering of feedback is important to us and will enable the Apprenticeship Hub to continually improve to meet the needs of all apprentices. As such, throughout the academic year a number of surveys will be conducted in order to question, listen and respond proactively. Each survey will be sent to you as the employer via email from our Sales and Recruitment Team. Directions for completion will be circulated too and the survey will always be presented via Microsoft Office 365 ‘Forms’.

One Message, Different Voices

Our workplace champions the right of staff to embrace all Afro-hairstyles. We acknowledge that Afro-textured hair is an important part of our Black employees’ racial, ethnic, cultural, and religious identities, and requires specific styling for hair health and maintenance.
