Exams

A levels - 17th August – results to be collected from Loxton Campus from 9am and results will also be available to view on eILP. For those who do not collect results, these will be sent in the post on the afternoon.

All other Level 3 programmes (BTEC, T levels, etc) - 17th August – results will be available via eILP and results sheets will be sent in the post on results day

GCSE – 24th August – results to be collected from Knightstone Campus from 9am and results will also be available to view on eILP. For those who do not collect results, these will be sent in the post on the afternoon.

A printed results slip will also be posted to you on the afternoon of results day but it is not likely to arrive for a few days.

 

  • YOU MUST BRING YOUR STUDENT ID CARD
    • If you are unable to collect your results at this time then you can arrange for a family member or friend to collect them. They must bring the following with them:
  • YOUR student ID card to prove your identity
    • A signed letter from you stating that you give permission for them to collect your results (e.g. “I, Ed Smith, give permission for Mrs Lucy Smith to collect my exam results on Thursday 12th January….” SIGN IT!)
    • Their own form of ID (driving licence, passport, birth certificate etc) Any results not collected will be posted out to your home address.

REVIEW OF RESULTS AND ACCESS TO SCRIPTS APPLICATION FORM

Access to scripts (ATS) – DEADLINE WEDS 27th SEPT 2023

If you would like a free downloaded copy of your marked script please contact the Examinations department directly via email to exams.admin@weston.ac.uk. Please note that we cannot access your scripts unless we have written permission from individual candidates.

The access to scripts service can take up to six weeks. Please be aware that this therefore may not arrive prior to the deadline for other services, i.e. priority review of marking.

Clerical Re-Check – DEADLINE WEDS 27th SEPTEMBER 2023

A check of all clerical procedures which leads to the awarding body issuing a result. This includes making sure:

  • all parts of the exam paper have been marked
  • marks have been recorded / added up correctly
  • special consideration has been applied (where appropriate)
  • the grade boundaries have been applied accurately
