We have joined forces with North Somerset Council and Visit Somerset, to help address the local shortage of workers in the hospitality industry.Visit Somerset and North Somerset Council

This isn't just a regional issue, but also national, with external factors such as Brexit and Covid-19 having a major impact on the industry.

Many former chefs and kitchen porters have retrained and entered other industries - so what can we do to revive the industry? From apprenticeships to Sector Based Work Academy Programmes (SWAP), there are solutions which can support your business.

This event will explore ways in which we can encourage and entice new people to the industry, to help the sector to regain stability, security and sustainable future growth.

We will be joined by hospitality employers to give their accounts of how apprenticeships have successfully benefited and impacted their business and encouraged a new culture around employment in hospitality.

For your chance to hear from the team and find out how we can support your business, book on to the webinar, below.
