This event has been designed to give employers meaningful insight into the learner journey, highlight the positive impact of Supported Internships, and create opportunities for future partnerships.

What to Expect

You’ll be welcomed by our learners and shown to the Pop‑Up Shop - run by interns and overseen by staff . We welcome you to browse and learn more about our learning companies.

• Employer Update session where we will explain more about the SEND Supported Excellence Hub and tell your more about our aims to work together for our Into Work Supported Internships programme
• Meet the Interns! An inspiring panel where you will hear directly from our learners as they share their internship journeys, challenges, successes and aspirations. This interactive Q&A is always a highlight for employers.
• Reverse Careers Fair: Learners will be hosting their own stands, showcasing their work, CV’s, skills and future ambitions. You’ll have the opportunity to talk with each learner, ask questions and explore potential placement or employment pathways.
• The Pop-Up Shop will remain open throughout this session.
