Introduction to Sport an Coaching
Join us for an interactive introduction to coaching.
This session will explore what makes a great coach, the importance of communication and teamwork, and how coaching can boost performance and enjoyment in sport.
You’ll learn how to plan an effective coaching session and then put your ideas into practice by delivering it to your peers. Through fun activities and practical demonstrations, you’ll develop the basics of session structure, motivation techniques, and leadership skills.
Whether you’re curious about coaching or passionate about sport, this is your chance to step into the coach’s shoes and inspire others to succeed.
Please wear sportswear and appropriate footwear!
Introduction to Art and Design
This workshop will introduce you to some of the creative pathways here at Loxton Campus. This hands on creative workshop will combine design principles with print and mixed media to produce exciting artwork.
Wear clothes you don’t mind getting messy!
Make sure to bring a packed lunch & drinks, the canteen will be closed!
Spaces are limited, so get booked in now.
All attendees must follow strict health and safety guidelines, and refusal to comply will result in parents/carers being contacted to collect their young person
