For our first Build Back Better session, we will be joined by the Dot Project, as we look into maximising our websites.

This session is for people who are wanting to:

  • Improve their existing website and are worried about wasting money with expensive web designers
  • Embark on their first website and not sure where to start
  • Find ways to improve the service and provide a better service to your customers.

After the session we aim to give you:

  • Methods to understand and map who your customers are and what they really need
  • The confidence to test and learn from your own customers
  • A strong starting point to have a different relationship with both customers and any future digital design partners.

This session is suitable for all levels of digital skills and maturity, including those at the very start of their website journey.

If you'd like free access to any of the workshops in the Build Back Better series, you can do so through Workforce for the Future.
