The Department for Education (DfE) has released the 2025-2026 Apprenticeship Funding Rules, setting out important changes that will impact how apprenticeships are delivered, funded, and assessed from 1st August 2025. Weston College can support you with these changes – which are the most significant since the funding reform in 2017.

Echoes of the Stage, an Original Weston College Production
On 6th June, our Performing Arts students came together to perform Echoes of the Stage at The Playhouse Theatre, an original production that incorporated a range of legendary musicals theatre numbers from existing Broadway and West End shows across different eras.

Creative Arts Summer Showcase Exhibition 2025
Last night, our Creative Arts Careers Excellence Hub came together to produce a fantastic preview evening of the Summer Showcase which exhibited the work of our Weston College and University Centre Weston (UCW) Creative Arts students, giving them the chance to display their incredible work, not only to their peers and lecturers, but also to their friends, family, members of the public and potential employers.
