Louis

Louis was instrumental in the U19 football team’s top league finish and helped the U18 team win the floodlit league in his first year.

At just 18, he represented the first team in the county cup. He also coached youth teams, led academy sessions, and graduated with a 3-merit profile. He now continues striving for first-team honours.

Phebe

Phebe excelled at Weston College, achieving top marks in sport and exercise science with a triple distinction star.As a tutor group spokesperson, she supported peers and gained experience shadowing a podiatrist and physiotherapist. She also worked in a care home, engaging residents through games and piano.Now, she is pursuing a PE and Sport degree at Stranmillis University.

Liam

Amber

Focusing on the WorldSkills competition, she excelled in the regional finals and won a bronze medal in the national finals for health and social care foundation skills.
Her dedication inspires peers, proving that determination leads to success.

Saifoulaye

Saifoulaye has shown exceptional commitment and resilience over the past year. His outstanding attendance and engagement make him a role model for his peers.Coming from a conservative culture, he embraces adaptability and fosters inclusivity in our ESOL community. Starting at Entry 3 after teaching himself English via YouTube while traveling to the UK.Beyond ESOL, he attended A Level Textiles lessons to enhance his skills and generously shared his knowledge with peers.

Oliwier

Oliwier moved to the UK from Poland just before his GCSEs and worked hard at Weston College. He maintained a positive attitude, regularly helped classmates, and sought clarification on challenging topics. His dedication earned him a grade 5 in his GCSEs.

Oliwier also contributed to the college community through a marketing video and support for his Business studies. He has now completed his Business course and is thriving in an apprenticeship with an estate agency.

Freddie

Freddie’s journey at Weston College is impressive. After transferring from another college, he excelled in the T Level programme, maintaining enthusiasm and hard work throughout his time with us.
His dedication earned him a degree apprenticeship at Lloyds and an overall merit. Freddie actively shared his programming insights, inspiring peers. Now thriving in his software engineering apprenticeship, he continues to succeed.
