During this online workshop, you will learn about resilience and why it’s important to leadership, evaluate your own resilience and discover strategies for building your personal resilience in a safe and confidential group environment.
By the end of this online workshop, attendees will be able to:
- Define resilience and what this means to you
- Identify triggers that undermine your resilience
- Apply techniques to build your personal resilience
- Discuss strategies to build your leadership team’s resilience

Richard is qualified in training, management and consultancy through the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and is an NLP Master Practitioner.
