Sub-Contractors working with Weston College

In line with our strategic plan Weston College engages with sub-contractors, to better meet customer needs. Reasons are varied but could be one or more of the following: 

  1. To provide niche provision delivered in smaller community environments which is differentiated from mainstream and uses a wide range of delivery settings and innovative curriculum design;
  2. To enhance the mix and balance of provision available within the West of England and the catchment area of the College;
  3. To enhance programme or apprenticeship delivery through the specific skills and expertise of partner organisations;
  4. To address the skills gaps by taking a learner-centred inclusive approach.

 

Weston College operates an open and competitive tendering process and we will ask all subcontractors to complete our due diligence process.  

At this time Weston College is not procuring new subcontracting provision but will publish all opportunities on our website and on Contracts Finder.  If any prospective subcontractors would like to be kept up to date on any opportunities, then please email EXT.Procurement@weston.ac.uk

Our workplace champions the right of staff to embrace all Afro-hairstyles. We acknowledge that Afro-textured hair is an important part of our Black employees’ racial, ethnic, cultural, and religious identities, and requires specific styling for hair health and maintenance.
