T Levels are designed to provide a technical alternative to A Levels and are developed in collaboration with employers, ensuring that courses meet industry demands and equip students with the precise skills valued by employers in specific sectors.
These two-year courses are equivalent to three A Levels, illustrating the depth of learning involved.

This will cover the following technical skills required as part of digital production and design, including:
- Digital environments and security, including threats to an organisation, types of networking, application of protocols, virtual/cloud computing, and risk mitigation.
- Business Context, including values of digitisation in business, impact of digital and technical change management.
- Networking, including designing the infrastructure of a network. Installing and configuration of both physical and virtual infrastructures. Cabling and configuration of devices. Applying procedures and controls to maintain digital security of an organisation.
- Data, including concepts of data modelling, importance of analysis and visualising data.
- Testing and Tools, including management tools and testing digital components.
- All learners will need to partake in a mandatory 315-hour work placement activity which will be supported through the industry placement team.
Assessment Method
You will be assessed through exams and project work throughout the programme. You will need to complete all elements to achieve the overall T Level.
Entry Requirements
Learners will need to have a minimum of 5x GCSE at grades 4 – 9. This must include Maths and English.
