Trainee Estate Agent Apprentice at COTSWOLD ESTATE AGENTS LIMITED

This is a hands-on role where you’ll be right in the action from day one, gaining real experience across sales, client relationships, and the day-to-day workings of a successful estate agency.

If you’re enthusiastic, motivated, and keen to build a long-term career in property, this could be the perfect first step.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Accompanying valuations and property viewings
  • Speaking with clients face-to-face and over the phone
  • Liaising with solicitors and surveyors
  • Supporting sales progression and negotiations
  • Managing property listings and client records using bespoke software
  • Providing general office and administrative support

As an apprentice, you will receive hands-on training and support from Simon, Director of Cotswolds Estate Agents, and the wider team. Your apprenticeship will include in-house training, mentoring, and shadowing, complemented by ongoing guidance from your college assessor to support your development throughout the role.

This apprenticeship offers a clear progression path, with the opportunity to move into a full-time position and qualify as a Sales Negotiator upon completion.

Intermediate Level Apprenticeship

You will be expected to work 5-days a week between Monday and Friday 09.00 - 17.30 with 1-hour unpaid lunch and 3 in 4 Saturdays 09.00 - 15.00 with Wednesday off when working a Saturday.
