Are you interested in a future career in health or social care? Weston College’s Healthcare Academy offers Year 10 and 11 students a unique opportunity to gain hands‑on experience and build confidence in essential care skills.

Across three engaging sessions, students will explore the foundations of health and social care through practical, interactive learning.

Activities include:

Basic Life Support – Learn crucial skills that can help save a life.
Patient Care Essentials – Develop understanding of compassionate, person‑centred support.
Safe Moving & Handling – Discover professional techniques for assisting patients safely.
