Multi-Skilled Engineering Apprentice at SMART SYSTEMS LIMITED
- Support machine setup, changeovers, and daily production activities
- Assist with fault finding, maintenance, and calibration of equipment
- Help ensure equipment is operating efficiently and safely
- Work with the team to meet production targets and priorities
- Record maintenance activities and update systems where required
- Contribute to continuous improvement and problem-solving tasks
- Follow all health & safety and GMP procedures at all times
- Use PPE correctly and maintain a clean, safe working environment
- Assist with risk assessments and safe working practices
- Report accidents, near misses, and hazards promptly

- Receive one-to-one and team-based training in mechatronics and engineering processes
- Gain hands-on experience with CNC machinery and production equipment
- Work towards a Level 3 Mechatronics Maintenance Technician qualification
- Pay increases upon completion of the apprenticeship
- Guaranteed full-time position upon successful completion
- Additional 8% skills allowance once qualified
